No problem! Whether you have 1 or 1000, we will customize your GymLenk experience based upon your needs.

As a gym, it's easy. We give you options - whether you want to create tiered pricing, a subscription add-on or provide it for all of your members. Work our cost into your membership at your discretion. We charge a small amount for each member to whom you give a GymLenk member ID.

Based upon your gym and market, we will suggest a price range to offer GymLenk at - but you can price it to your members however you see fit. You will always manage your members, and that won't change. For the trial period, you collect the full add-on membership cost from your members. After the trial period is over, we take a small fee for each of your members who you have also signed up with GymLenk. The only money we make is from the profit margin you get from joining GymLenk.

All you have to do is send an email to gyms@lenk.io with the gym name and their point of contact. You can also have them contact us, make sure they tell us you sent them! As long as they sign up for GymLenk, we will credit your account with a free month. There is currently no limit to the number of gyms you can refer.

You will have a login where you will enter a member’s name, phone number and ZIP code. They will receive a text with their member ID and now they are part of the GymLenk network!

Upon launch, the most up to date information about the ever-expanding list of gyms will always be available at lenk.io/locations. We will ask for your gym's updated information and day-pass hours to allow any GymLenk member quick access to the correct information.

Members of GymLenk that visit your gym should be treated just like a regular day-pass, just without the cost. This means that you need to have visiting members sign a liability waiver and any applicable forms to your gym. When signing in a GymLenk member, you simply open your portal login to authenticate their use of your gym. Additionally, it will show whether the GymLenk member has been to your gym before. This will let you know if you need them to sign your applicable gym waiver and forms.

Anybody who is already a member of your gym can use your gym at your discretion. Additionally, any outside member of GymLenk can use your gym provided they live more than 25 miles away from your gym and their home gym has no nearby locations. Don’t worry, we keep track of that for you. We won’t let people join the cut-rate gym next door then use your facilities.

Our suggestion is that you use the same process as you would for someone buying a day pass, but don’t collect a fee. However, this part is entirely up to you provided that you honor their GymLenk membership if valid. Your login portal will show whether the GymLenk member has been to your gym before. This will let you know if you need them to sign your applicable gym waiver and forms.
